Pangu Team released the jailbreak for iOS 9.3.3 – iOS 9.2 in July 2016. Pangu’s iOS 9.3.3 jailbreak takes advantage of Saurik’s Cydia Impactor tool.

Cydia Impactor is a GUI based tool used to sign the .iPA file of Pangu jailbreak to install and execute it on iOS devices. The good thing is that the tool works on all major operating system including Windows, Mac and Linux.

Can Pangu tool jailbreak iOS 10 – iOS 10.1.1?

Pangu Jailbreak does not support iOS 10.1.1, iOS 10.1, iOS 10 (iOS 10.0.1), iOS 10.0.2, iOS 10.0.3, iOS 9.3.5 or iOS 9.3.4. So it also cannot jailbreak iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

Pangu Jailbreak for iOS 9.3.3 – iOS 9.2 works only on 64-bit devices such as:

• iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 5s
• iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad mini 4, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2, 9.7-inch iPad Pro, 12.9-inch iPad Pro

So it is not compatible with the following devices currently:

• iPhone 5, iPhone 5c
• iPod touch 5G
• iPad mini, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4
